Methods of Payment

Product Returns
All sales are final. All fine art prints and fine art limited edition prints are non-returnable (see below for a list of non-returnable items). At Master Touches Fine Art we strive to bring you the highest quality fine art at the best possible price. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will promptly resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction.
MasterTouchesFineArt.com guarantees that every item we sell and ship will arrive in excellent condition. All items are professionally packed and insured.
We offer an unconditional refund within the first 15 days from date of purchase. Prior return authorization is required. After 15 days, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns. All other sales are final.
MasterTouchesFineArt.com cannot accept the following returns: Any special order items or direct shipped items. Any prints, limited edition prints, fine art prints, fine art limited edition prints, giclee prints, giclee canvas prints, canvas prints, or sculptures. We cannot accept any order returned to us after 30 calendar days or without prior authorization.
All unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for all return freight and insurance on returns and responsible for any damage in transit for the return. We suggest that you use a traceable delivery method, such as UPS or Fed-Ex. The customer is responsible for inital and return shipping charges.
